Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Revival VBS Online, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who may use the platform

Revival VBS is intended for adult students, teachers, parents or guardians registering children, and authorized church staff. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for the accounts and activities of children they register.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Church administrators may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the safety of the community.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Revival VBS in a manner consistent with our mission and values. Do not:

• Harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Share content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful
• Attempt to access accounts, classes, or materials you are not authorized to view
• Interfere with the platform’s security, performance, or other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission

5. Content and intellectual property

Curriculum, lessons, videos, documents, and other materials shared on Revival VBS are provided for the personal use of registered students and teachers as part of the Vacation Bible School program. Please do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share these materials without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as comments or uploaded files, but you grant Revival Church a limited license to use that content to operate and improve the VBS program.

6. Live classes and online safety

Live classes are hosted through trusted third-party services. Users are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing live class content without permission is not allowed.

7. Account suspension and termination

Revival Church reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate access to Revival VBS at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or otherwise disrupts the community.

8. Disclaimers

Revival VBS is provided “as is” for educational and ministry purposes. We do our best to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Revival Church and its volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Revival VBS after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
